Today as I was out and about, I hit one of my preset buttons on my car radio and heard "Feliz Navidad". Apparently they've changed to 24/7 Xmas music already. Yippee.
As it happens I was on my way to Archiver's to print out some old photos I had scanned at home for a special secret project. More details on that after it is finished and delivered to the recipient. Um, if I remember to post about it, that is.
Anyway, here's a couple of photos from my past.

From left to right is me, my brother, Bobby, and my sister, Kara. Ages 4, 1, and 3 respectively. My mother's godmother knit us the stockings. They have our names along the top and show Santa coming out of a chimney. She'd knit these for just about every child she knew. My stocking got lost in a move several years back. Fortunately my mom was able to contact her godmother who is living in Florida now. She mailed me a copy of the pattern. The copy is hand-written with a few scratch-outs and notes in the margin and such so I'm fairly sure she made up the pattern. Anyway, I recreated it and posted about it here some time ago.

Here we are several years later with our cousins. Left to right: me, Carla, Bobby, Chris, Craig, Kara. Yes, my cousins are alliterative. My Aunt Jean & Uncle Jim are pretty creative, eh? Well...except that several years after this photo was taken, they had a fourth child and named him...David. Maybe they were just tired of "C" names?
Okay, going to let the dogs out one last time before heading to bed. 'Night, everyone!
